This horizontal coal pulverizer is very simple to use and has several functions: coal grinding, coal powder injecting and air supply. It can be well used with small coal fired boiler, reverberatory furnace, annealing furnace and drying furnace, while it grinds the coal and inject the pulveried coal into the combustion furnace at the same time.

The main characters of this mill are as follows:

1.Simple structure, compact layout,good quality of pulverized coal,high combustion effiency,low noise,easy maintenace, and simple operation.

2.The fitness of pulverized can less tha 30%of 80µm screen residude. The speed of outlet air can be reach 70M/S,and the speed air into the furnace can be 20-25M/S.The outlet pressure can be 1300-1700pa, and the volume of outlet air is 750-2500M3 .

3.By adjustment of second air fan,the coal is burned in reducing atpmosphere. The prodution line is automated  operation and adopts the technology of negative pressure and heat-recovery process,which can prevent the air pollution and reduce the labor intensity.
