1.The fuel is evenly allocated with reasonable air distribution at the outlet of the pulverized coal burner. With a proper mixing point of the secondary air and the primary air, the length of the black flame at the outlet of the burner is usually controlled within 200-350mm in order to ensure the timely firing and sufficient burning.
2.A good aerodynamic field can be formed, which can facilitate sparking and an even mix of the pulverized coal and air. Meanwhile, slag-bonding also can be avoided.
